Traveler

Travel is integral to Peta's life. Peta grew up in South Africa, lived in Israel, then Miami, Cincinnati and Chicago (in the US), and now Nicaragua. Exposure to different cultures and visuals is a primary source of inspiration for her paintings (i.e. her prior work includes "Architecture from Morocco", "Sculptures from France", "Churches from Argentina", "Monkeys from India", "Ceramics from Peru"...). She is at her happiest when the plane lands in a "new" country.
