Organic food coop
Eager to organize a local relationship with nearby farmers, Peta initiated an organic
food co-op in Granada with Selva Negra, a leading edge fully sustainable organic farm
in Matagalpa. Started as a trial project with 3 households, the current organic food
coop has grown to 7 families.
